Harry H. Fouke

Harry Fouke provides operational development services (sales effectiveness improvement; manufacturing and back office operations design; productivity improvement, and cost reduction services) to our retail and consumer products clients. He has 20 years of consulting and management experience in NA, Europe and Asia; and also provides interim Operations management services for our clients.

Harry was Vice President with Proudfoot Consulting, a top 25, international business process and sales effectiveness improvement consulting firm, and a member of the Executive Management team. He was responsible for the development of 23 business improvement plans (resulting in 17 implementation projects), generating over $300 million annual operating income improvements for clients’, and $94 million project fees for Proudfoot. Major retail clients’ include Rogers Video and Hollywood Video (store sales improvement), Threshers (UK’s largest package store chain), and B&Q (UK’s leading home center chain). Harry has also led multiple assignments with business and consumer units of the largest telecom company in US, providing revenue enhancement, NPD and productivity improvement services, generating over $160 million in annual operating profit improvement. Additional assignments include NPD lead time reduction for Allstate auto insurance; back office cost reduction for Citigroup; multiple manufacturing productivity improvement projects for Fortune 1000 clients; and sales effectiveness improvement for the largest commercial cleaning products company in the US.

Harry started his consulting career as Process Consultant with Proudfoot 12 years ago. He was promoted through the operations implementation organization to Project Manager, Business Review Analyst, Director NA Operations, and Lead Business Review Analyst.

His areas of industry specialization are call centers, cable television, retail, and financial services (banking and insurance operations, back office process improvement and NPD lead time/cost reduction).

Previously, Harry spent 8 years with Continental Airlines in a number of corporate planning and operations management roles. As Manager, In-flight Scheduling, he was required to plan daily and monthly schedules for 5,000 flight crew, managing a staff of 21.

Harry received his B.S. degree from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A. from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. back»
